Pilsner

Our German-Style Pilsner is light gold in color that finishes clean and refreshingly crisp. Nobel hops provide aromas and flavors that compliment this delicate lager. This beer pairs with everything.

5.7% ABV - 37ish IBU's description about this item

Hefeweizen

A rich banana nose with hints of cinnamon, cardamon & spice round out this South German-Style Hefeweizen. Medium bodied with a smooth finish, this Hefeweizen is the perfect beer for anytime (even breakfast).

5.3% ABV – 9ish IBU’s

Continental Kölsch

We use a plethora of corn along with ingredients from around North America to create this unique continental-style Kölsch. Pale yellow in color, this ale finishes crisp and clean with a slight sweetness and mild hop character.

5.3% ABV – 38ish IBU’s

Altbier

Our German-Style Altbier has a deep copper appearance & medium body with a malty richness that is balanced with a pleasant hop finish. This beer is malty but not sweet and hoppy but not bitter.

4.6% ABV – 34ish IBU’s

Rotating IPA: Zoigl IPA

We like IPA's.  You like IPA's.  We want to find the right IPA.  That is why we will be rotating through IPA's until we get it just right.

The Zoigl IPA starts with a slight biscuit character due to the addition of German malts. The initial piney bitterness gives way to hints of tangerine & tropical fruits while finishing with pine undertones.

7.2% ABV – 60ish IBU’s

ZoiglBier

What would a brewery based around community be without its own Landbier? This lager was inspired by the late hop additions of hazy IPA’s, while utilizing the proper lager yeast, to give this beer a clean, crisp and mild hop bite.

4.4% ABV – 24ish IBU’s

Seasonals

'Tis The Season

Hazy #1

Juicy, Hazy, and Flavorful. This brew starts out with loads of wheat and oats in the grain bill and then is generously hopped with Amarillo and Waimea hops. Initial hints of citrus, & stone fruit give way to juicy tropical flavors in this double dry hopped hazy.

7.75% ABV – 25ish IBU’s

Hazy #2

A slight malt change with a an entirely different hop charge is what separates Hazy #2 from Hazy #1.  Centennial hops are showcased in this hazy by throwing them in the back end hops to get the hop character just where we want it.

6.4% ABV – 22ish IBU’s

Rye Pale Ale

This Rye Pale is a long time coming.  Notes of spice from the rye and give way to hints of caramel in the finish as you pallet this mild ale.  Earthy hops round out this truly unique style.

5.1% ABV – 47ish IBU’s

West Coaster IPA

This Double Dry Hopped IPA is built on a grist  bill of 2-Row with a touch of Vienna and Dextrin malts.  Nectaron, Rakau & Amarillo hops give big notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and a bright citrus finish while Centennial holds up the bitterness.

7.2% ABV – 75ish IBU’s

Oat Stout

Our first beer ever! We took a classic Oat Stout recipe and used this beer to start it all! Deep, deep ruby in color, this stout has a fantastic roast, almost coffee nose that gives way earthy notes and roasty, soft finish.

5.2% ABV – 20ish IBU’s

Maibock

Maibock, or “May Beer”, marks the transition in Germany to spring. Brewed using traditional decoction methods, this edition showcases the balancing act of sweet alcohol and noble hop character. Combined, they create a rich, malt-forward, lager whose strength goes unnoticed… Until you get up from the table.

6.8% ABV – 32ish IBU’s

Kentucky Waterfall

With notes of corn and mineral in the nose, this historical representation of a Kentucky Common is copper in color and effervescent. Hints of caramel finish of this medium bodied, slightly sweet Common. Popular after the Civil War, this style nearly went extinct with prohibition.  Similar to a Cream Ale, but is slightly darker in color with more body and flavor characteristics.

4.45% ABV - 21 IBU's
